Packers & Loaders (Entry-Level Friendly)

We are actively hiring Packers, Loaders, Movers, and Helpers to support residential and commercial relocation projects. This is a physically active role ideal for individuals who enjoy teamwork, variety, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Professionally wrap and protect furniture, electronics, and household goods
• Load and unload moving trucks safely and efficiently
• Assist with packing, unpacking, staging, and deliveries
• Handle customer belongings with care and professionalism
• Work closely with crew members to complete moves on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Paid Training Available:

No moving experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training for:

• Furniture wrapping and protection techniques
• Safe lifting and loading procedures
• Customer service expectations
• Equipment and moving tool usage

Crew Leaders (Experienced Movers)

We are especially seeking experienced Crew Leaders who can lead moving crews and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Crew Leader Responsibilities:

• Supervise movers and helpers on job sites
• Coordinate loading/unloading operations
• Ensure safe handling of customer property
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer communication
• Complete paperwork and job documentation accurately
• Lead by example with safety, teamwork, and efficiency

Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, and able to motivate teams while maintaining high service standards.

Driver Opportunities

Bobtail Drivers

We are hiring Bobtail Drivers for local residential and commercial moving operations.

Requirements:

• Clean driving record
• Valid driver’s license
• Current DMV MVR report (dated within 14 days)
• Ability to assist with loading and unloading when needed
• Must pass drug screening and background check

Class A, B & C Drivers

We are also hiring Class A, B, and C licensed drivers (21+ per DOT requirements) with experience in household goods relocation and transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicles safely and professionally
• Support local and long-distance residential/commercial moves
• Assist crews with loading/unloading when necessary
• Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain DOT compliance

Requirements:

• Valid Class A, B, or C license
• Ability to pass company qualification process
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Current DMV MVR report (within 14 days)
• Household goods moving experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, stoop, and work for extended periods
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
